I am a Chartered Legal Executive regulated by the Institute of Legal Executives. I have specialised exclusively in family law for over 15 years, thus I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of family law.

My experience has taught me that you cannot adopt a blanket approach to family issues. Following University I spent 5 years as a Police Officer with Avon and Somerset Constabulary before deciding to train as a Solicitor. I qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and have since this time specialised exclusively in family law.



I am committed to trying to resolve disputes which arise within a family setting in a sensitive manner, keeping the channels of communications, however weak those may be, open and providing individuals with the information they need to make the choices which best suit them and their family. This ensures that the individual remains in control of the process rather than being driven by the legal profession and legal system.
